Danielle Carcav was born in Natal(RN), Brazil. But since 2008, she based in the capital of Rio de Janeiro. In 2009, the artist joined the School of Visual Arts EAV-Parque Lage, where she can expand her research and process by studying with great names in Contemporary Brazilian Art such as João Magalhães, Suzana Queiroga and Daniel Senise. But it was in 2010 that Carcav began to exhibit his paintings in contemporary art salons of national relevance, being awarded in some of them. In 2012, she was nominated for the Professional Investor of the Year Award (PIPA ART PRIZE). That same year, two of his paintings were incorporated into the Gilberto Chateubriand collection.
